Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using this website, including what the information here is and is not, and how appointment requests work.

Last updated July 31, 2026

01Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Elite Endo website. By browsing the site or sending us a request through it, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You are always welcome to call the practice instead.

02This site is not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about endodontic treatment. It is written to help you understand what a procedure involves and when it is worth being seen. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not advice about your particular tooth.

No dentist-patient relationship is created by reading this site, by sending an appointment request, or by exchanging messages with us before you are seen. That relationship begins when you are examined and accepted for treatment.

Never delay seeking care, or ignore advice you have been given by a clinician, because of something you read here.

03Emergencies

This website is not monitored around the clock, and a form submission is not an emergency channel.

If you have severe pain, facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or a knocked-out tooth, call the practice directly. If swelling is affecting your breathing or swallowing, or you have a serious facial injury, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

04Appointment and referral requests

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists once our team has contacted you and agreed a time.

Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you, and let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a booked appointment.

Referrals submitted by dental offices are handled the same way: we confirm receipt and contact the patient to schedule.

05Communications

By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may use them to contact you about your request, your appointment, and your care.

Standard email and text messages are not secure. Please do not send detailed medical information, insurance identifiers, or payment details that way. Ask for a phone call instead and we will arrange one.

06Fees, insurance, and estimates

Any fee or coverage information discussed through this site is an estimate. Final cost depends on the examination, the imaging, and the treatment actually required.

Insurance benefits are a contract between you and your plan. We help you understand and submit them, but we cannot guarantee what a plan will pay.

07Treatment outcomes

Endodontic treatment has a high success rate, and that is why it is worth doing. It is still a biological procedure on a living tooth, and no clinician can guarantee a specific result.

Where this site describes what treatment usually achieves, that is a general expectation and not a promise about your tooth.

08Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photography, graphics, and the Elite Endo name and logo, belongs to the practice or is used with permission.

You are welcome to read it, print it for your own reference, and share a link to it. Republishing or reusing it commercially without written permission is not permitted.

09Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other organisations, such as professional dental associations, where their information is useful.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, content may be incomplete or out of date, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided as-is and the practice is not liable for loss arising from reliance on it or from an interruption to it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and at the text size you prefer.

If you hit something that does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it. We will also gladly give you the same information over the phone.

12Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the practice operates, currently CA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
